The study develops living biohybrids that combine engineered Vibrio natriegens for hydrogen sulfide production with self-mineralized copper sulfide nanoparticles. The platform integrates gaseous therapy with photothermal treatment and demonstrates antitumor activity in a preclinical mouse model.
